(CHNA/HIP) Community Health Needs Assessment

CHNA/HIP is a public initiative that enables communities across Iowa to assure the health of their citizens through the development of a comprehensive report on leading health indicators, health priorities and improvement plan.

Greenbelt Home Care’s goal is to reduce the prevalence of lead poisoning in children in the county.  One out of five children tested are diagnosed with a blood level over normal limits and over 80% of the homes in the county contain lead.
