Greenbelt Home Care is a certified non-profit agency that provides public health and home care nursing services to Hardin County area residents.

We offer a wide range of home care and public health programs that better our community's health.  Hardin County Public Health has been offering services to residents of the county since 1917.

Greenbelt Home Care staff is committed to providing quality home care service to clients transitioning from hospital or nursing home to the home setting.  Treatment and rehabilitation therapies can be provided in the client's home environment at a great cost savings to the client and family.

Skilled nursing and home care aide visits may be covered by Health Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or Private Pay based on the ability to pay.  No one is refused service because of an inability to pay.

Therapy services, including physical, occupational, speech, enterostomal, and medical social worker services are available to home care patients. Homemaker services, respite care, companion services, and private duty nursing are also available.

Requests for services may come from any individuals, including self, family, friends, neighbors, physicians, nurses, social workers, hospitals, or other community agencies. There is no charge for an evaluation visit. To request service, simply contact us.
